Facility Security Plans and the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
All facilities regulated by the USCG under 33 CFR Part 105, fall under the Marine Transportation Security Act (MTSA) and are required to amend their Facility Security Plan (FSP) to include the TWIC regulations by September 15, 2008.
MARSAF Safety & Security is currently accepting new clients who are required to do so.
MARSAF Safety & Security has the knowledge and experience to amend your FSP to meet all the mandates listed in the TWIC guidance and we will guarantee the plans approval by all cognizant regulatory authorities or we will fix it free.

Resubmission of the Facility Security Plan is due by the 5th Anniversary of Plans Approval
All facilities regulated by the USCG under 33 CFR Part 105, are required to review and re-submit their Facility Security Plan (FSP) to the USCG for re-approval.
The revised plan must contain the TWIC requirements and any and all updates to the facility (ie: process and physical plant changes).
MARSAF Safety & Security recommends combining the TWIC updates and the re-submission.
MARSAF can amend your FSP to optimize your operation by alleviating some of the TWIC requirements and may even be able to change your facility designator with the USCG to an "Intermittent" Facility, requireing an FSP only during vessel interfaces.
